Practice Closure Notice – April Bank Holidays

Please note that the surgery will be closed during the April Bank Holidays on Friday 3rd April and Monday 6th April

To ensure you have sufficient medication, please submit all repeat prescription requests no later than Tuesday 31st March.

If you require urgent medical assistance while the practice is closed, please contact NHS 111. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
