New Telephone System

The surgery has introduced a new telephone system.
Please see the line options and times available.

Line open between 11.00am to 6.30pm |

Line open between 08.00am to 6.30pm |
| 3. Prescriptions |
Line open between 12.00pm to 4.00pm |
| 4. General Enquiries |
Line open between 11.00pm to 4.30pm |
| 5. Medical Reports |
Line open between 11.00am to 3.00pm |
Please note that every Thursday the lines for routine appointments, prescriptions, general enquiries and medical reports will be closed between 12:00pm to 2:00pm for staff training. The line for Urgent appointments will be open throughout.
Alternatively you can use the online consultation tool. This tool is available 24/7 to all patients over the age of 16 years, on the practice website. This can be used for booking routine appointments/telephone calls and general enquiries. A Clinician will aim to contact you within 48 working hours once the form is submitted.
